Regional Advisory Councils are groups of dedicated volunteers and community leaders. Council members will be ambassadors, connecting The Hotline with local communities nationwide to create community engagement opportunities and support The Hotline’s mission. Councils will meet every two months to learn more about domestic violence and stay updated on The Hotline’s latest activities to help victims and survivors. They will also connect with local groups, like workplaces, schools, and community events, to represent The Hotline and advocate for it, including at fundraising events.
