National Leadership Council
Lead Where You Live
The National Leadership Council (NLC) is a group of community leaders, professionals, and volunteers who turn their passion for The Hotline into action by connecting its mission with local communities across the country.
Members meet every other month to deepen their understanding of domestic violence, stay informed about The Hotline’s work, and learn how to support survivors. As local ambassadors, members engage with workplaces, schools, community groups, and local events to raise awareness, advocate for The Hotline, and connect new supporters to our mission.
Members can choose from two pathways based on their strengths, interests, and capacity:
Advocacy & Awareness
Use your voice, relationships, and community to raise awareness about domestic violence and expand The Hotline’s reach.
Community & Fundraising
Turn your passion into action by organizing community events, leading peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, and finding new ways to support The Hotline.
