Reproductive Coercion and Abuse Social Media Toolkit

Between October and December 2023, the National Domestic Violence Hotline (The Hotline), in partnership with If/When/How, conducted a survey to learn more about survivor experiences with reproductive coercion and abuse. The survey, conducted on The Hotline’s website, collected qualitative and quantitative data. More than 3,400 respondents bravely shared their stories, shedding light on the multifaceted tactics utilized by abusive partners. The results of this survey are very important to highlight the real consequences and lived experiences of survivors in a post Dobbs reality. We do encourage a trigger warning as some of the content of the report can be triggering.
