It has been 3 weeks since I got a temp. restraining order, packed my belongings, my 3 dogs and cat and moved to another state. I finally found a place I could afford on my own that allowed me to have all my dogs with me. I know I have done the right, healthiest and safest thing I ever could for myself and for them, but some days I find myself slipping into myself and getting so scared. I MUST reach out for help and not isolate myself like i have done for so long out of embarressemnt and shame. I pray for inner strenght and guidancer and know each day will bring a brighter light. Keep moving forward and only look back to remind myself of the pain, fear and confusion I left behine….
