A Belle on BellaOnline

A great way to get the word out about domestic violence and the campaign is to post comments in online forums you already use.  Jeanette made this wonderful post to the domestic violence forum on BelllaOnline encouraging people to join the campaign.

How can you discuss domestic violence in forums?  Domestic violence touches many facets of our communities.  There is a way to bring up the issue even if the forum is about:

  • law or law enforcement
  • media
  • health or well-being
  • poverty
  • teen dating
  • school education
  • welfare of children
  • immigration
  • community safety
  • celebrities
  • workplace violence
  • relationships

Domestic violence affects or is affected by all these topics and many more.  For related statistics, please see Read, Learn, Teach.
